Billy Crystal is getting ready to return to the Broadway stage this fall with a new solo show titled, “860.” The limited engagement is scheduled to run for 12 weeks beginning in October at a Shubert Theater.
The Emmy and Tony Award-winning performer is teaming up with director Scott Ellis for the project, which centers on Crystal’s personal experiences tied to the California home he lost in the 2025 Palisades Fire. The title “860” references the address of the residence where he lived for more than four decades.
“I am thrilled to return to Broadway this fall with this challenging new show,” Crystal said in a statement. “860 was the address of the home we lost in the Palisades fires. We lived there for 46 years.”

He continued, “I invite you to come inside 860 and I’ll tell you all the funny and touching things that happened there, not only in my career but to our family. It’s a joyous and heartfelt visit, about how with the love of family and friends and your inner strength, you can get through tough times. I look forward to returning to Broadway and welcoming audiences to 860.”
The new production follows Crystal’s earlier Broadway success with “700 Sundays,” which premiered in 2004 and marked his Broadway debut. The autobiographical performance focused on his childhood and his relationship with his father, who died when Crystal was 15. The show earned him a Tony Award and later returned for an additional Broadway run in 2013.
The producing team for “860” includes Janice Crystal, James L. Nederlander, Larry Magid, and Face Productions. For more information and additional details, theatergoers can visit billycrystal860.com.
